These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 755win ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "755win") governing your access to and use of the 755win website located at https://755win.cam and all associated content, features, services and functionality made available through the Platform.

755win is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed for users, including those based in Pakistan. We provide educational content covering sports betting markets, live casino games, payment method guidance and responsible gambling practices. All content published on 755win is informational in nature.

By accessing or using any part of the 755win Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Use of the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register for and maintain an account on the 755win Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Access by persons under the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited. 755win reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Registration by persons who lack legal capacity is void and unenforceable.
3. Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether gambling or related activity is lawful in your location. 755win makes no representation that use of the Platform is permissible in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
4. Single Account: Each User is permitted to hold only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
5. Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter. Submitting false details, including using another person's identity, is a material breach of these Terms.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order or have previously been permanently excluded from the Platform or related services.

When you register for an account on the 755win Platform, you are required to submit certain personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where applicable, a valid mobile phone number. This information is collected, stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 755win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must notify 755win immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features offered by the Platform, such as two-factor authentication where available.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes, 755win may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) and, in some cases, documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your account.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

By using the 755win Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use. Violation of any of these conditions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, including those applicable in your country of residence.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts or data-scraping tools without prior written authorisation from 755win;
• Attempting to circumvent, hack, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure or security measures;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other criminal activity;
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting system errors, software glitches or miscalculated odds — any winnings resulting from such exploitation may be voided at 755win's discretion;
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses and referral schemes;
• Transmitting harmful, offensive, defamatory, obscene or unlawful content through any communication feature of the Platform;
• Impersonating any other person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organisation.

5.3 Platform Availability

755win endeavours to maintain consistent Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.

All deposits to your 755win account must be made using payment methods currently available in the Platform's cashier. Available methods are subject to change at the operator's discretion. Payment method references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah appear in educational content on this Platform for contextual familiarity only and do not constitute confirmation that these institutions support, endorse or facilitate gambling transactions. Users must independently verify the availability of specific payment methods before initiating any transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

755win may from time to time make bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives available to eligible Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Users who meet the specific criteria stated in the promotion. Eligibility criteria may include account verification status, minimum deposit amounts, geographic location and previous bonus participation.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x), are stated clearly in individual promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% whilst live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lesser percentage. Refer to individual promotion terms for game contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the stated period will be forfeited without notice.
• Abuse: 755win reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk staking strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other activity deemed to be in breach of the spirit of a promotion.

7.2 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Where a User requests withdrawal prior to meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and associated bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited; only the remaining real-money balance (if any) will be processed for withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. 755win does not guarantee specific processing timeframes — processing windows depend on the chosen withdrawal method, the operator's current schedule and any outstanding compliance requirements on the account.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 755win account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Users who have not completed identity verification may be unable to withdraw funds until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of withdrawal, shown in PKR for Pakistani users where applicable.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before withdrawals will be approved. See Section 7.2 above.
• 755win reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending a compliance or fraud review. Where this occurs, the User will be notified and requested to provide any additional documentation required.
• Withdrawal fees, if any, are disclosed in the cashier prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request. Third-party payment provider fees are outside 755win's control.

9.1 Responsible Gambling Tools

The following tools are available to all registered Users and can be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a specified period. Once the limit is reached, further betting activity will be suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. Session reminders can also be configured.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion is a serious protective measure — during the exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account or create a new one. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion at any time.
• Reality Check Reminders: Configure periodic notifications reminding you of time elapsed and amounts wagered during your current session.

9.2 Access by Minors

755win strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18 or such higher minimum age as required by the applicable operator licensing jurisdiction. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the services provided by 755win. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any part of the Platform's content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on the Platform's content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained within the Platform's content;
• Systematically extract, scrape or republish Platform content, including through automated means.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by 755win.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 755win, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or its content, however caused and on whatever legal theory of liability.

755win's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amounts deposited by you into your account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

755win provides all Platform content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.

755win reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• The account has been accessed or is being operated by a minor;
• The User has provided false, inaccurate or incomplete registration information;
• The account is associated with fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity, including collusion, bonus abuse or money laundering;
• A self-exclusion order is in force in respect of the User;
• A competent authority or court has issued an order requiring account suspension or fund freezing.

Where an account is suspended or terminated, 755win will notify the User where it is reasonably practicable to do so, subject to any legal constraints that may prevent such notification. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account, following completion of any relevant compliance review, will be returned to the User via a suitable payment method, less any amounts owed by the User to 755win.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 755win support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Account closure does not cancel any outstanding obligations owed by you to 755win.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 755win is incorporated or licensed to operate, as stated in the Platform's current licensing documentation.

In the event of a dispute between you and 755win, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. The support team can be reached via the contact details set out in Section 15 of these Terms. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, in accordance with the applicable licensing framework. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

For Pakistani users: disputes arising in connection with use of the Platform from Pakistan are subject to applicable local laws and the jurisdictional constraints described above. 755win does not claim to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in all circumstances.

755win reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users — either by publishing a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document.
